Online Learning and ETesting Form

The Ministry of Education has asked Principals to collect information from students who have devices or access to a device with the capability to access online learning and e-Testing. From our end, a Google Form was created to make the data collection easier. It would be greatly appreciated if you or your son/ward can complete said form as soon as possible.
